Our Story
La Fontana sits at 124 Parade Quay, where Waterford's waterfront meets the old streets of the Viking Triangle. Inside, it is quiet, warm and unhurried — ivory walls, low light and a room that fills with regulars.
The cooking is straightforwardly Italian: pasta, pizza from the oven, fish from the south-east coast and a short Italian wine list chosen to be drunk rather than studied. Nothing complicated, everything looked after.
